Simon Rickett – Director
Simon's background is in business psychology and he has lectured at a variety of Universities all over the UK. He has years of experience of working with individuals in achieving their ultimate goals. Looking to the future, Simon has never underestimated the power of internet marketing. He has always been completely focused on delivering affordable on line business solutions as the way forwards for the future. Combine Simon's internet experience and skill for identifying workable franchise opportunities with his business psychology background and it really packs quite a powerful punch!
Dillon Boivin – Director
Dillon is the other half of the driving force behind Activ. His background is in online marketing. In recent years he has been responsible for developing and implementing successful strategies to raise the online presence of National companies. He has vast experience in search engine optimization and owns various websites, all of which appear high in natural searches and generate in excess of 1 million visitors per month between them. He has also worked with companies such as Ebay and Google in the UK and has ongoing relationships with Yahoo USA. He uses his knowledge to ensure Activ stays at the forefront of the online and franchise market.
Paul Liddington – Senior Web Developer
Paul has been developing websites for over 10 years. He has experience working with high profile clients such as The Open University, Continental Tyres, Wilson Bowden and The Ladies Golf Union. Paul joined Activ after spending 6 years working at a digital media agency and specialises in web accessibilty and online content management systems.
Jo Moore – Global Recruitment Manager
Jo has valuable experience within the franchise industry and is adept at identifying the skill sets of potential franchisees to match them with the relevant franchise. Jo is responsible for maintaining the standards that franchisees within The Activ Group are required to meet in order to ensure the long term success of everyone involved with Activ. This approach enables the continued prosperity of both the franchisee and franchisor and proves mutually beneficial in building a long term, sustainable business.
Tristan Gilbody – UK Recruitment Manager
Tristan is a welcome addition to the Activ team. His sales and management experience gained in the premium sector will assist in his goal of identifying the most suitable franchisees for the continued success of Activ. Tristan's passion for the internet, as well as his professional and courteous approach will assist Activ in building strong and meaningful relationships with our franchisees.
Richard Major – Franchise Support Officer
Richard has always been heavily involved within Customer Services. Most recently working for Fujitsu on their implementation of computer services for the Government agencies. He has also implemented a 24/7 help desk for the Occupational Health division of Atos Origin. Richard is looking forward to playing a major role in the support of our franchisee network.
Sachin Jain – Web Developer / Search Engine Optimisation
Sachin has many years experience in managing a network of high-traffic websites and has developed many websites and applications that between them now attract millions of visitors per month. Sachin's role with Activ is to help increase brand awareness online through Search Engine Optimisation as well as to develop new websites and applications.
Richard Griffin – Technical Support / Project Development
Richard has been providing technical support for many years to 1000's of people across the world. Richard's role with Activ is to develop new projects and ideas and work with our development team to implement them.
Adam Longley – Accounts
Adam has worked in the accounting profession for over 10 years. His role is to maintain the businesses finances ensuring suppliers are paid promptly as well as dealing with the franchise sales and management fees to ensure these are collected as smoothly as possible.
